Delete Your Account

Two ways to close your Happy B-Town account — and exactly what happens to your data when you do.

This page applies to the Happy B-Town customer app for Android and iOS, published by Happy B-Town, Bahria Town, Karachi, Pakistan. You do not need an account or a login to read it.

Delete it yourself, in the app

  1. Open the Happy B-Town app and sign in.
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
  5. Confirm on the dialog that appears.

The account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. There is no waiting period and the action cannot be undone — ordering again means creating a new account.

If you have uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, email support@happybtown.com with the subject Account deletion request, or message us on WhatsApp at +92 337 374 8089.

Include the email address or phone number the account was registered with, so we can find it. We will confirm the request is genuine before deleting anything, and we action it within 30 days of confirming — usually the same week.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
  • Your saved delivery addresses, including their map coordinates and any delivery instructions.
  • Your favorites and cart.
  • Your sign-in credentials and sessions, so the account can no longer be logged into.
  • The device and notification tokens tied to your account, so the app stops sending you notifications.

What we keep, and for how long

Records of orders you already placed and paid for are kept for the period required of us by Pakistani tax and accounting law. They are detached from your deleted account and retained only as sales records — they are not used to contact you or to rebuild a profile of you.

Anything we are required to keep after a deletion is limited to that. We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we never held card or bank details in the first place — the app is cash on delivery only.
