The shop, the slots, the tracking

The whole mart runs live in the app — all fourteen departments, from fresh produce to pet care — plus a few things that only make sense on a phone: saved addresses, one-tap reorder, live order status and a support thread that opens straight into WhatsApp.

Available on Google Play and the App Store. Any trouble installing — message us on WhatsApp and we'll walk you through it.

Built for repeat orders

Most people order the same twelve things every week. The app is designed around that.

Favorites

Heart anything and it lands in one list. Your weekly basket stops being a scavenger hunt.

One-tap reorder

Pull any past order back into the cart. Anything out of stock is named rather than silently dropped.

Saved addresses

Home, work and other, each with its own delivery instructions and a default you can switch.

Live order tracking

Watch it move from pending to delivered, with a timestamp on every step and the delivery address on screen.

Rate the order

Stars plus specific tags — fresh products, fast delivery, items missing, not fresh — so feedback is actionable.

English & Urdu

Switch the whole app in one tap. Urdu renders in Noto Naskh, not whatever font the phone had spare.

Light & dark

A warm-neutral dark theme built around the brand yellow, plus a system setting that follows your phone.

Slot booking

Pick from the twelve hourly windows. Full slots are shown as full rather than accepted and then missed.

Help that goes somewhere

The support screen opens WhatsApp with the right message pre-filled — payment issue, order issue, general.

Basket to doorstep

1

Browse or search

Fourteen departments, or type what you want. Popular lines sit on the home screen.

2

Pick a size

Most lines come in more than one — 500 g, 1 kg, 6 or 12 pieces, single or pack. Each is priced separately.

3

Address & slot

Choose a saved address, confirm the zone, then take an hourly window.

4

Track & pay

Follow it through to the door and hand the rider cash once you're happy with the bag.

What you can put in the cart

The same fourteen departments the shop carries, laid out on one screen. Tap a department to browse it, or search across the whole shop from the bar at the top — the filter button narrows it down to what's in stock right now.

  • ✓Search everything from one bar, not department by department.
  • ✓Real photos on every department and product, not clip art.
  • ✓Offers tab for whatever is discounted this week.

What the app doesn't do yet

It's a small shop's app, not a marketplace. These are the honest gaps rather than coming-soon badges we'd quietly forget about.

  • !No card, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Cash on delivery is the only payment method today.
  • !No promo codes. There's no discount-code field, because there are no codes to type in it.
  • !No in-app chat. "Chat with support" opens WhatsApp, which is where we actually answer.
  • !Email login, not phone. You sign in with email and password; the number is for the rider.

Free on Google Play and the App Store. Install it, set your address once, and your next weekly basket takes about a minute.
