Everything people ask us

If it isn't here, WhatsApp us — the answer usually takes a minute.

Ordering & delivery

Across a single 8 km zone centered on Bahria Town, Karachi. The app checks your pin against that zone the moment you set an address, so you find out before you fill a basket rather than at checkout.

A flat Rs. 150 anywhere inside the zone — it isn't distance-based, and there's no surge pricing. There's currently no free-delivery threshold; if that changes, the app will show it at checkout.

Yes — Rs. 900 on the basket, before the delivery charge. Below that, checkout won't open. It's the point at which a run is worth sending a rider on.

Twelve one-hour windows a day, from 10:00 to 22:00. Each has its own capacity; when a slot fills, it closes for the day. You take the window you want at checkout and the rider works to it.

Within the hour you booked. We don't quote a "30 minutes or free" number — every item gets picked and checked, and rushing that is how bruised produce and short-dated packets end up in bags.

Yes, from the app, up until it moves into preparing. After that the order is already picked for you. The cancellation reason is recorded on the order.

Yes. Every order moves through pending → confirmed → preparing → on the way → delivered, and each step is timestamped in the app.

Payment

Cash to the rider, at the door, once you've seen the bag. That's the only method today — no cards, no JazzCash, no Easypaisa, no wallet to top up.

Because we'd rather you inspect the bag before any money changes hands, and because taking payments online properly means handling card data properly. When we can do that well, we'll add it — not before.

No. There's no discount-code field in the app because there are no codes to type into it. Any offer we run is applied to the price you see.

Because fresh produce is a market business — the rate on a crate of mangoes or a maund of onions moves week to week and sometimes day to day, and packaged rates move too. Publishing a static price here would mean publishing a wrong one. The app carries that morning's rate.

Products & quality

Fourteen departments: fruits, vegetables, dairy & eggs, bakery, meat & seafood, frozen foods, grocery & staples, snacks, beverages, household & cleaning, personal care, baby care, pet care and beauty & cosmetics. It's a mart, not a fruit stall — the milk, the atta, the nappies, the cat food and the mangoes all go in the same order and arrive in the same slot.

Yes — chicken, mutton and beef, cut to order from butchers we buy from every day, plus fish and prawns. Meat, seafood, dairy and frozen lines are bagged separately and travel cold, so nothing arrives sweating next to your bread.

Reject it at the door. The rider takes it back and it comes off the bill before you pay. If you only spot it later, message us on WhatsApp with a photo the same day and we'll sort it on the next order.

Size, uniformity and shelf life on fresh produce. Grade 1 is the pick of the crate; Grade 2 is perfectly good fruit or veg that's smaller or less even, priced lower. We list them separately instead of mixing the crates and charging one price.

Produce is bought off the same day's market, and packaged lines are date-checked when they're picked. Each product carries its own storage and shelf-life guidance — bananas are "best within 3–5 days" at room temperature, apples "14–28 days" chilled. When something is past its best it goes out of stock, not into a bag.

Yes — a whole category of it: fruit chaat boxes, mango cubes, cut papaya, pineapple slices, watermelon and pomegranate seeds. Cut the same day and packed chilled.

Yes. Small, medium and large fresh-fruit baskets plus a premium imported one. For anything specific — a particular fruit, chocolates, a card, a delivery time — message us on WhatsApp and we'll build it.

Ask. The catalog reflects what's normally on the shelf; if it's in the market that morning — a brand of tea, a particular masala, a cut of meat — we can usually source it. WhatsApp is the fastest route.

The app

Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you the current Android or iOS build, along with a hand setting your address up if you'd like one.

No — email and password. Your phone number goes on the order so the rider can reach you, but it isn't your login.

Fully. One tap switches the whole interface, and Urdu is set in Noto Naskh Arabic rather than falling back to whatever the phone happens to ship.

Yes, and it can follow your phone's system setting. This website has the same two themes — try the toggle in the header.

Yes — WhatsApp still works, the way it always has. The app just means nobody has to retype your list.
