Terms & Conditions
The deal, in language a person can read.
Effective 19 August 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms cover your use of the Happy B-Town website and mobile app, and any order you place with us. "We" and "us" mean Happy B-Town, operating in Bahria Town, Karachi. Placing an order means you accept them.
2. Where we deliver
We deliver inside a single zone: an 8 km radius centered on Bahria Town, Karachi. The app checks any address you set against that zone. We are not able to deliver outside it, however close to the boundary it sits.
3. Orders, charges and minimums
- The minimum order is Rs. 900 on the basket, before delivery.
- The delivery charge is a flat Rs. 150 anywhere in the zone.
- There is no free-delivery threshold at present.
- The charge and minimum shown at checkout at the time you order are the ones that apply. We may change them, and the app always shows the current figures.
4. Prices
Fresh produce is priced against the daily market, so prices change — sometimes day to day. The price shown in the app when you place your order is the price you pay for that order. This website deliberately does not publish prices, because a static figure here would frequently be wrong.
5. Weights, sizes and natural variation
Fresh produce and meat are natural products. Weights sold by the kilogram are subject to reasonable variation, and appearance, size and ripeness vary within a grade. Where a product is listed by grade (Grade 1, Grade 2, Premium Large and so on), that grade describes the crate it was picked from — it is not a guarantee that every piece is identical. Packaged, chilled and frozen goods are date-checked when they are picked; anything close to its date stays on our shelf, not in your bag.
6. Stock and substitution
Availability changes through the day. If something in your basket is out of stock by the time we pick it, we will contact you or remove it and adjust the total. We do not substitute items with something different without asking you first.
7. Delivery slots
Slots are one-hour windows between 10:00 and 22:00, with limited capacity each. We aim to deliver inside the window you booked. Traffic, weather and events outside our control can occasionally delay a run; if that happens we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.
8. Payment
Cash on delivery, paid to the rider, is the only payment method. Please have the amount ready. We do not accept cards, bank transfers or mobile wallets at this time, and we never store payment details.
9. Checking your order, and refusing items
You are entitled to look through the bag before paying. If an item is damaged, not fresh, or not what you ordered, hand it back to the rider and it comes off the bill on the spot. If you only notice afterwards, contact us the same day — a photo helps — and we will replace it or credit it against your next order.
10. Cancellations
You can cancel from the app at any point up until the order moves to preparing. After that the order has been picked and packed for you and it can no longer be canceled from the app, though you can still refuse items at the door under section 9.
11. Your account
Keep your login details to yourself; you're responsible for orders placed from your account. Give us an address and phone number that are accurate — a wrong pin is the single most common reason a delivery fails. We may suspend an account used fraudulently or abusively, including repeatedly refusing delivered orders in bad faith.
12. What we're responsible for
We're responsible for delivering the goods you ordered, in good condition, within the slot you chose. We are not responsible for losses beyond the value of the order itself, other than where the law does not allow us to limit that. Nothing here removes rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
14. Getting in touch
Anything unclear, or a problem with an order: WhatsApp or support@happybtown.com, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days.
